In June 2021 the Rühl family opened the RÜHLS and since then everything here revolves around delicious steaks and seasonal cuisine. Regionality is also very important to us, so in addition to the mostly national steaks, we also use beef and pork, as well as market-fresh vegetables and crisp salads from regional producers.
The special?
We grill in a charcoal grill oven and a so-called "Beefer" which reaches a fabulous 800°c and conjures up a crispy crust on the meat.
