- There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities.
- Building and terrain are steplessly accessible. The ramp to the main entrance is 20 m long and has gradients between 6 and 10 %. Alternatively, the step-free gate to the outdoor area can be used.
- All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible without steps.
- All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
- The information/cash desk is 113 cm high.
- The paths on the outdoor area are easy to walk and drive on and have maximum longitudinal gradients of up to 7%. There is no seating available.
- The exhibits are predominately visible when seated and information is predominately readable when seated.

in front of the toilet 150 cm x 158 cm; in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 110 cm;
left of the toilet 26 cm x 70 cm and right of the toilet 105 cm x 70 cm. - There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rail on the right of the toilet can be flipped-up.
- The sink is wheelchair compatible.
- An alarm trigger is available.
