Wear sturdy shoes and appropriate clothing adapted to the weather, which will protect you from cold and wet or heat and sun.Take sufficient liquid with you. There are not refreshment facilities available everywhere. Please put on appropriate hiking boots, which will give you sufficient grip even on slippery and steep or rocky and uneven paths. If you feel that certain sections of the path are not accessible to you, you should avoid them. Particularly in adverse weather conditions, slushy and slippery passages can occur on near-natural paths.Especially in autumn, you should also be aware that the leaves lying on the ground can cover up unevenness, roots, stones or holes in the path. You must reckon with this kind of path obstruction when you go on a hike.Although the path is very well marked throughout, you should always have a suitable hiking map with you for safety reasons.
